Booking an appointment
Before booking, we do ask that you take a look at our policies below.
Existing Clients: Use the online booking link below to request an appointment.
New Clients: We can’t wait to meet you! For haircut appointments, feel free to request an appointment. For color appointments, please fill out our new client form prior to requesting an appointment.
POLICIES
Online Booking Policy
To book an appointment online, we do ask for a credit card to secure the appointment. Your credit card information is stored with the credit card merchant service on a secure server. At no time is your credit card information visible to staff members.
Cancellations / Reschedules / No Shows
After booking an appointment online, you’ll be sent a reminder via text or email 48 hours prior to your appointment. We ask for a full 24 hours if you would cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the appointment price.
No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment price.
Late Arrival
We understand that life happens. If you are unable to make your appointment on time, please text us at 206-582-7076. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your stylist may reschedule you to another date or time to avoid running late to following appointments.
Adjustments
Our goal is that you love your hair. If you aren’t happy happy with your cut/color or need an adjustment, please reach out to us within 14 days of your original service so that we can make things right.
Decency Policy
Palette is an inclusive space that is built on respect for both staff and clients. Bigotry, racism, or sexism will not be tolerated.
