Booking policy

Thank you for choosing Palette Hair Salon! To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our booking policy below:

1. Booking Your Appointment

All appointments must be booked online. If you’re not sure what to choose, feel free to text us — we’re happy to help. For major changes like color corrections, transformations, or extensions, a consultation is required before booking. You’re welcome to choose a stylist, but keep in mind that while we share the same high standards, each stylist brings a unique approach and specialty.

2. Credit Card on File

We do not collect deposits, but a valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. You won’t be charged unless our cancellation or no-show policy applies.

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. We understand that life happens—if you’re feeling unwell or have an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible.

4. No-shows

If you miss your appointment without notice, you’ll be charged 50% of the service total and may be required to prepay for future bookings. We send reminder texts ahead of your appointment to help you stay on track.

5. Late arrivals

We offer a 15-minute grace period, but after that, service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled depending on your stylist’s availability. If we’re unable to accommodate you, a cancellation fee may apply. If your service is shortened, the original price still applies.

6. ADJUSTMENTS & REDOS

If something feels off after your appointment, please let us know within 7 days. We’re happy to make adjustments at no charge. Adjustments are handled by the original stylist when possible. If you’ve had a change of heart or want something different, that will be considered a new service. Services are non refundable.

7. Payment

Palette is a gratuity-free salon—no tips accepted. We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay. We do not accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle. All payments are due at the end of your appointment.

8. Children & guests

To maintain a calm, focused environment, we kindly ask that you come to your appointment solo, unless someone is also receiving a service. Our space is small, and this helps us respect everyone’s experience.
