At Palette, you’ll never be micromanaged or boxed in—but you’ll always have support when you need it. We offer the structure and security of a commission-based salon, paired with the culture of a creative collective: respectful, collaborative, and refreshingly ego-free.

Palette was built to be a space where talented artists can do their best work—without burnout. We’re a boutique salon in Seattle’s Laurelhurst neighborhood, known for soft, dimensional color, seamless blondes, and natural extensions. Behind the scenes, we’re equally known for our calm, team-centered environment where stylists are empowered to grow and clients return because they trust the experience.
