We specialize in hand-tied and tape-in extensions. They’re custom-blended for a natural look and feel, and we’ll help you choose the method that suits your hair and goals.

Yes! MJ (our owner) is confident working with all hair types and textures. If you have specific concerns or goals, feel free to note them during booking or submit a virtual consult.

Absolutely. We love visual references—they help us align with your vision and guide the conversation around tone, cut, and overall style.

We’ll start with a thorough consultation to talk through your hair history, goals, and preferences. You’ll also have access to our complimentary snack menu and free Wi-Fi while you relax in the chair. Expect personalized care in a calm, professional setting.

We don’t offer traditional kids’ cuts. If your child is tall enough to sit in the chair comfortably without a booster, feel free to reach out to see if we’re the right fit.

While we don’t offer clipper cuts or barbering services, we’re happy to work with longer hair of any gender. Our specialties include soft, lived-in layers and precision bobs.

Yes—Palette is a gratuity-free salon. Our pricing is all-inclusive, so you never have to worry about tipping at checkout.

We’re located at 3713 NE 45th St, Seattle, WA 98105. You’ll find plenty of free street parking, as well as reserved spots in the back of the salon. (The “30-minute” signs out back don’t apply to Palette clients.)
